The project involves the construction of a new Wastewater Treatment Plant with a daily treatment capacity of 8,000 m³. The total building area within the plant is 1,216.73 m2, including 537.97 m2 for the comprehensive building, 237.44 m2 for the sludge dewatering room, 139.84 m2 for the chemical dosing room, 28.12 m2 for the hazardous waste storage room, 19.84 m2 for the metering and testing room, 42.77 m2 for the power distribution room, 70.50 m2 for the fan room, 70.97 m2 for the maintenance workshop, 26.04 m2 for the guardroom, and 43.24 m2 for the diesel generator room. The construction of the supporting pipeline network is divided into two parts. The main interceptor pipeline, approximately 16 km in length (with diameters dn400, dn500, and dn600), is laid along the edge of the Xiangbi River bed. Additionally, about 16 km of sewage branch pipelines (with diameters dn300 and dn400) are installed along streets and village roads to collect residential sewage and direct it to the main interceptor pipeline. Several sewage inspection shafts are constructed, along with two sewage pumping stations and a pressure pipeline approximately 200 m long. It primarily collects domestic sewage from 22 enterprises located in the Xiangbi Industrial Park, as well as from surrounding areas including Jinxiang Community, Sihua Village, Guanyin Village, Daling Village, Huajia Village, and Shaba Village, Shili Community, Yangliu Village, Fangbei Village, Longquan Village, Dadi Village, Sihua Village, the resettlement sites at Yutian Community and Xue Tang Community, and Xiangbi Street in the northern new district of Minjiang New Area. In total, it serves approximately 45,355 residents in the area.
