Mr. Fei Gongquan, born in March 1963, is a Chinese national and an engineer. He has attended the advanced studies at School of Economics and Management of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Session V (Hong Kong) of Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance, and the "New Era Entrepreneurs Development Program (NEED, 4th Session)" organized by the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee and Tsinghua University. He has previously served as a member of the 11th Sichuan Provincial Political Consultative Conference, President of the Chengdu Leshan Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of Haitian Co., Ltd. Currently, he holds the position of member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Vice-chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Invited Executive Council Member of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, Vice-president of the 5th Sichuan Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program, Founding President of the Chengdu Leshan Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of Haitian Group and Director of Haitian Co., Ltd. Mr. Fei Gongquan has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including a "National Outstanding Environmental Technology Worker," "National Advanced Individual in Circular Economy Technology," and an "Outstanding Entrepreneur of the China Association of Environmental Protection Industry." He has also been honored as an "Outstanding Entrepreneur of Sichuan Province," "Sichuan Provincial Outstanding Private Entrepreneur of the Year," and a "Leader in Circular Economy in Sichuan Province."

Ms. Zhang Xia was born in 1968, holds Chinese nationality, and does not have permanent residence abroad. She earned her EMBA from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and is a member of the Communist Party of China. Ms. Zhang has previously served as the Deputy Party Secretary and President of Leshan Commercial Bank, as well as the Chairwoman of Renshou Minfu Village and Town Bank. She currently serves as the Party Secretary and Chairwoman of Haitian Co., Ltd.

Mr. Fei Junjie was born in August 1988, holds Chinese nationality, and is a member of the China Democratic National Construction Association. He holds a bachelor's degree. Mr. Fei has previously served as the Assistant to the President of Haitian Co., Ltd., Assistant to the Chairman, and Executive Deputy General Manager of Ziyang Haitian. He currently serves as the Director, President, and Legal Representative of Haitian Co., Ltd. He has been honored with titles such as "Outstanding Entrepreneur of Sichuan Province," "Outstanding Contributor to Technological Innovation in Sichuan Enterprises," and "Outstanding Environmental Leader in the Green Asia Pacific Environmental Protection Achievement Awards."

Ms. Wang Shuhua was born in May 1973, holds Chinese nationality, and has a Master's degree. She has previously served as the Finance Director for Lenovo Group in China, Vice President and Finance Director at New Hope Liuhe Co., Ltd., Vice President and Finance Director at Tech-Bank Food Co., Ltd., and Vice President and Finance Director at GCL Energy Technology Co., Ltd. She currently serves as a Director at Haitian Co., Ltd.

Mr. Jiang Peiting was born in October 1971, holds Chinese nationality, and has a college degree. He is a Senior Engineer. Mr. Jiang has previously served as the Plant Manager and Deputy General Manager of the Second Water Plant of Ziyang Water Supply and Drainage Company, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Ziyang Haitian, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Haitian Co., Ltd. He currently serves as a Director and Vice President of Haitian Co., Ltd.

Ms. Li Li was born in December 1970, holds Chinese nationality, and has a doctoral degree. She is currently a faculty member at the School of Finance and Taxation at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, the Executive Director and General Manager of Sichuan Jiuding Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., and an Independent Director of Haitian Co., Ltd.

Mr. Fu Yongsheng was born in September 1963, holds Chinese nationality, and has a doctoral degree. He is the former Dean of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering at Southwest Jiaotong University, a Professor, and a Doctoral Supervisor. He currently serves as a National Environmental Impact Assessment Expert, an Expert of Water Pollution Control Technology and Equipment Group, an Expert for the Advisory Committee on Decision-Making of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and People's Government, the Director of the Environmental Engineering Professional Committee of the Sichuan Environmental Protection Society, an Outstanding Contribution Expert in Sichuan Province, and an Independent Director of Haitian Co., Ltd.

Ms. Wang Aijie was born in December 1971, holds Chinese nationality, is a member of the Communist Party of China, and has a doctoral degree. She has previously served as an Associate Professor at the School of Municipal and Environmental Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, a Visiting Scholar at The Australian National University, a Visiting Scholar at the University of Oklahoma in the United States, and a Senior Visiting Scholar at Ghent University in Belgium. She currently serves as a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, a Researcher at the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, a Part-time Professor at the University of Oklahoma, and the Director of the National Key Laboratory of Urban Water Resources and Water Environment (Shenzhen). She is also an Independent Director of Haitian Co., Ltd.

Mr. Luo Peng was born in October 1974, holds Chinese nationality, and has a master's degree. He has previously served as a staff member at the Township Enterprise Bureau of Yanjiang District, Ziyang City, and the Bureau of Land and Resources in Ziyang. He was also a Partner at Sichuan CHIHKAO Law Firm. Mr. Zhong Yinghai was born in February 1963, holds Chinese nationality, and has a master's degree.
