HAITIAN GROUP is a comprehensive environmental service provider with core operations in water supply and wastewater treatment. Under the steadfast leadership of Chairman Fei Gongquan and the Board of Directors, the company adheres to the corporate purpose of "Haitian Water Serving the People" and the "Three Requirements" as its working principles. We have deep expertise in water management and resource recycling, striving to build Haitian into a leading Chinese brand in the environmental sector. Water Supply

Our water supply business encompasses the provision of drinking water and the installation of pipelines and meters for both residential and non-residential users within our franchised service areas. Through subsidiaries, Haitian installs water supply facilities and delivers tap water in government-authorized regions. Our business models primarily include TOO (Transfer-Operate-Own) and BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer).

Sewage Treatment

The company's sewage treatment subsidiaries operate within their designated concession periods and service areas. These subsidiaries are located in Sichuan, Henan, Xinjiang, Yunnan, and other regions, employing business models such as BOT, TOT, ROT, PPP, and entrusted operations.

Operational System Development

HAITIAN GROUP holds an upstream position in the industry, demonstrating both strong capabilities and growth potential. Against the backdrop of a shrinking new market in the environmental sector and intensified competition, the industry has entered a "post-BOT era", placing greater emphasis on productization and service quality.
