The Voyage Program is a campus recruitment special plan established by HAITIAN GROUP to accelerate the development of a robust talent pipeline and establish a reserve talent pool. The project was officially launched in 2024 and has successfully recruited many outstanding fresh graduates so far, continuously injecting vigorous youthful energy into the Group.

In recent years, the Group has attached great importance to in-depth cooperation with major domestic universities. During the annual campus recruitment season, the Group dispatches dedicated personnel to enter renowned universities such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, Sichuan University, and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, participate in campus job fairs, and actively recruit outstanding recent graduates, thus building a solid bridge between Haitian and future elites.
