The Voyage Program is a systematic cultivation project tailor-made by HAITIAN GROUP for campus-recruited management trainees. The Program aims to recruit highly qualified and high-potential new talents from major universities across the country. Through resource allocation and systematic cultivation, the Program helps them rapidly grow into mid-to-senior managers who are professionally proficient, adept at management, and bold in reform.
Joining the Voyage Program: a Structured Growth Journey:
1. Orientation Training: The program begins with immersive onboarding that includes cultural integration, compliance and policy education, professional skills enhancement, field visits to operational water plants, and team-building activities. This phase accelerates the transition from campus to corporate life and fosters rapid integration into Haitian's culture and operations.
2. Rotational Learning: Management trainees engage in cross-departmental and cross-functional rotations under a dual-mentor model - combining guidance from both management and business-line leaders. Conducted in flexible "N+1" or "N+2" models, the rotations are supplemented with regular specialized training and evaluations, helping trainees discover their potential and clarify their career direction through hands-on practice.
3. Presentation and Defense: Upon completion of the one-year rotation, trainees undergo a rigorous final presentation and defense session to determine their development direction and position. A clear 3- to 5-year development path is then outlined, positioning them as future candidates for key leadership roles within the company.
As the source of talent for Haitian's sustainable growth, the Voyage Program is committed to providing every management trainee with both a "deck" from which to launch their dreams and a "compass" to guide them toward excellence.
