"Reserve Cadre Training Camp" is a special talent cultivation program established by HAITIAN GROUP to systematically discover, cultivate, and reserve the backbone forces for the Group's future development, and to build a reserve pool of backup talents for the Group. Officially launched in 2024, it employs rigorous application screening, multi-dimensional evaluations, scientific selection, and public transparency to enroll outstanding high-potential talents across levels and fields into the camp.

In December 2024, the opening ceremony of the camp was held at Group headquarters, marking the official start of this talent cultivation initiative. Members receive ongoing, dynamic training covering leadership, strategic thinking, and frontier business domains.

A highlight of the program is its "return to universities" mechanism. Each year, selected camp members are sent to top institutions such as Sichuan University and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics for further study. In 2025, 17 elite members were enrolled in programs at Sichuan University, while nearly 100 employees benefited from high-quality open courses at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. Moving forward, the Group will continue to increase resources for the camp to accelerate the development of capable and responsible leaders.
